It took a week to dispatch my order.
The shoes received were second hand, clearly used, not completely new.
The response less than encouraging. I'd already sent pictures of the places were the suede was clearly used, all I got in response was 'send us more pictures.' I decided it wasn't worth the hassle, the shoes are comfortable, I cleaned them best I could and decided to keep them.
But be aware you might get items that are not completely new. I guess it happens everywhere, but it was my third order and definitely didn't make me want to shop more there.
